The world's first and original residential ship, the Victoria Residential Ship, is a ground-breaking concept that combines luxury lifestyle with the freedom of ocean life. The idea was born during the coronavirus epidemic, in the mind of Viktória Takács Ollram, who is the founder of Victoria Cruises Line.
In the summer of 2022, when several shipping news portals dealt with the first and only Residential Ship project, since it was considered a novelty, people had to be convinced that this is not a cruise, this is a houseboat that you can live on as if you were in your own home, but even every day you may wake up in a different world city.
In September 2022, Mike Petterson, who is now the founder of Villa Vie Residences, applied to Victoria Residential Ship as an independent consultant and wanted to partner with Victoria Residential Ship to help fill the ship with tenants. Due to financial reasons, the cooperation was not successful.
