Victoria Cruises Line Kft (1031 Budapest, Nánási út 83. Building 3) hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" organizes the raffle, hereinafter referred to as the "Game, Prize Draw"
We draw the participants' attention to the fact that the game is not related to Facebook, it is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook in any way, so Facebook is not liable in any way arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw, nor is it obliged or entitled to handle complaints. The Organizer is solely responsible for the content of the Prize Draw. Participation in the prize draw is only possible under the conditions set out in these regulations.
By participating in the Prize Draw, the Participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.

The game takes place on Facebook on the Victoria Cruises Line Facebook page. Players should mention in the comments below the recorded post published on June 1, 2024 who they would like to spend this exclusive dinner with in the company of our ship's captain. After the end of the game, the Organizer will draw the lucky winner on July 1, 2024. The winner will be notified by the Organizer via e-mail and private Facebook message within 24 hours of the draw.
After uploading, the Organizer filters the content submitted by the Players, which:
- they violate the law for any reason
- contain swearing
- contain offensive content
- they have an obscene, aggressive, threatening style
- pornographic or sexual content
- has content that is offensive or has an inappropriate tone in relation to any person, the Organizer or his family, or the service
- the personal data of third parties are displayed or their interests are violated
- they carry or refer to advertising
- they redirect you to another website
- violate the contractual or other rights of other persons
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
The Organizer will deliver the Prize in voucher format with a verified signature to the e-mail address provided and confirmed by the winner. If the information is not provided, the winner will lose the right to the prize, and according to the criteria of the original draw, the Organizer will draw an alternate winner instead, who will be subject to the same conditions as the original winner. After contacting the winner and providing the necessary data, the Organizer will ensure that the winner receives their prize within a maximum of 5 calendar days.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
Eligible to participate is a natural person with any address, a valid identity card, who has reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and has a valid, public Facebook user account. If the winner has limited capacity to act, to receive the prize together with his legal representative/guardian - or according to the legal conditions, the legal representative/guardian alone is entitled.
The Organizer's employees and the relatives of these persons defined in Section 8:1 of the Civil Code are excluded from the Prize Game. In case of violation of the conditions of participation, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the person concerned from the prize draw without prior notice.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The availability and operation of the game can be affected by many factors beyond the Organizer's control, therefore the Organizer and its Partners cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted use of the Facebook page. The Organizer excludes all responsibility for operational and other errors of the Facebook page. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for technical disturbances, such as electrical or computer network outages.
ENDING THE GAME BEFORE TIME
The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt or end the prize draw at any time without prior notification or justification. The Organizer makes use of this option in particular in the event that, for technical or legal reasons, the game cannot be continued undisturbed. If this was caused by the behavior of a participant, the Organizer may demand compensation from the given person for the damage caused.
RECEIVING REQUESTS BY LEGAL WAY
Any legal disputes between the participant and the Organizer shall be adjudicated by the competent court at the seat of the Organizer
OTHER PROVISIONS
The Organizer also reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time without prior notice or special notification, if this is necessary for legal or objective reasons.
DATA MANAGEMENT RULES
The Participant's provision of personal data is always based on voluntary consent. The data provided - the winner's valid e-mail address, name and ID number - will be handled and stored by Victoria Cruises Line for the sole purpose of running the game.
The purpose of data collection is to participate in the prize game and lottery. The information requested from the winners is necessary to deliver the prize. The Organizer is not responsible for the incorrect data provided by the player. The winners of the game acknowledge and expressly consent to the fact that, after the draw date indicated in these Rules, during contact initiated by Victoria Cruises Line, Victoria Cruises Line may also request additional personal data, which Victoria Cruises Line may request for additional personal data, which Victoria Cruises Line will provide in accordance with Act C of 2000 on accounting. on the basis of Section 169 (2) of the Act, records and manages the prize in the register for 8 years from the date of delivery. The Player has the right to initiate an investigation by the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority and to go to court in the event of complaints related to data management or violations of his rights. The data manager and the data processor comply with the relevant legal regulations during data management.
The Data Controller (organizer) ensures the security of the Players' data and takes the technical and organizational measures, and establishes the procedural rules, which are necessary to ensure the adequate protection of the Players' personal data. The Organizer treats personal data confidentially. Its basic data management principles are in line with the current legislation on data protection.
Considering that the data management is based on consent, you can withdraw the consent for the future at any time without questioning the legality of the data management that has already taken place. The Player acknowledges that he/she will be disqualified from the Game if he initiates the deletion of the data necessary to run the Game before the prize is handed over.
