The undersigned, Viktória Takács Ollrám, as the owner of Victoria Cruises Line Kft (1031 Budapest, Nánási út 83), hereby submits the following press-correction request.

The title of the above article and the content of the article contain untrue statements about Victoria Cruises Line, thereby infringing its rights to good reputation.
The referenced article contains the following untrue facts about the company, as well as statements that misrepresent the facts. Victoria Cruises Line u.s sales effort shut Down by State of Utah - informs the press.
The content of the aforementioned announcement contains untrue facts which, in addition to the clearly hostile tone of an unfounded source, are disproportionately one-sided and do not care in the least about the care expected of a responsible journalist reporting media content, in addition to the nature of the case being of public interest. He publicizes the allegations that show Victoria Cruises Line Kft. in a false light, without presenting the company's position in the communication aimed at discrediting the public, thus violating my right to a good reputation.
The announcement states an untrue fact that Victoria Cruises Line is the subject of a new document recently released by the Fraud Investigator with the Utah Department of Commerce's Division of Consumer Protection. This claim is fundamentally untrue, as no such document has ever been issued by the Utah Consumer Protection Authority.
In contrast, the reality is that Valerie Sariahlyn Linderoth (respondent), a resident of Utah, was under investigation by the Utah Department of Consumer Protection as a brand ambassador for VCL.
In the investigation referred to in the article, Victoria Cruises Line Kft. was neither a respondent nor any other affected party. Thus, the published article, which I am offended by, falsely claims that the investigation is related to Victoria Cruises Line Kft.
The reality is that the test document has nothing to do with VCL. The reality of the impugned press product is that the document referenced in the article does not make a single statement about Victoria Cruises Line.
The truth is that Valerie Linderoth had the following obligations after the case was closed. Valerie agrees to comply with the following.
Considering the media content as a whole and interpreting it together, the journalist deliberately misleads the readers with his statements, since documentation that is already known to everyone is available to everyone, here I would like to quote the UTAH Examiner.
„I have notified you in writing on multiple occasions of an investigation pursuant to complaints filed against your company and Utah resident, Valerie Linderoth. I did not release the information to any journalists, but the legal documents filed against Valerie Linderoth are public so all anyone has to do is conduct an online search to find the records. This is standard and policy in Utah, USA. We are not required to notify you of a legal action against someone else.”
From the link embedded in the article (which cannot be opened) and from the previous articles available on the site, it is also clear that, in possession of all this information, the communication of the media content is unsubstantiated, even false and untrue. If he wanted to report the truth authentically, he would have asked me and not ignored my opinion. This procedure is not the care expected of a responsible journalist, with this my company was deliberately presented in the false appearance, as if an investigation had been conducted against the company in UTAH.
Taking into account the media content as a whole, the involvement of Victoria Cruises Line Kft. in the proceedings against Valerie Linderoth is deliberately and deceptively mixed up.
No attempt was made to report the truth authentically, which is not expected of a responsible journalist, and this article was written with deliberate carelessness and intent to deceive. By conflating things that do not belong together, without asking the opinions of those involved, they continued the discrediting campaign started by the media in a negative light, colluding with other counter-interests, as a result of which Victoria Cruises Line continuously lost the trust of its customers.
It is also in Victoria Cruises Line Kft's interest that the truth be revealed as soon as possible, since Victoria Cruises Line Kft has not committed anything against the assumptions.
The content you have published, creating a false impression on your own page, also serves as the basis for further press releases, the combined content of which enhances their pre-planned and unfounded slips aimed at discrediting me, their false communication and publicity. And with a few clicks, additional, previously published, also untrue, negative content complicates the facts according to the concept of pre-planned media content aimed at discrediting me.
Although I stated my position in general several times, it was not included in the content neither when the announcements about VCL were made public nor at any other time, and my family was not spared either.
They deliberately supported their false media content by using unsubstantiated statements from people known to be suing VCL.
In addition, I consider it important: in contrast to your editorship, I did not want to influence Valerie Linderoth's investigation in any way, and I wanted to avoid even the appearance of doing so by publishing similar undignified, vile, unfounded, malicious content affecting any case.
Today, however, it turned out that this was a mistake, because while I and my company tolerated the discrediting campaign without saying a word, a part of the society believed the unfounded false claims about Victoria Cruises Line Kft.
The purpose of the press release and the negative adjectives and expressions included in it is to - to the detriment of VCL, with content that violates the right to a good reputation, set as a criminal - to increase their popularity and their followers, who, using the same method, baselessly have a negative false image of VCL you are constantly being misinformed, continue to provide false information from your biased and hostile point of view.
Other statements in the article are also untrue. In this letter, I have addressed only the most serious claim, I reserve the right to the other claims in the article.
Pursuant to the Act on Freedom of the Press and Fundamental Rules of Media Content.
"if an untrue fact is stated or spread about someone in any media content, you can demand the publication of a corrective statement, which shows which facts of the statement are untrue, which are unfounded, which facts are presented in a false light, and which are the true facts in comparison"
In the case of an online press product, the rectification notice must be published within five days of receiving the request for this, in a manner and scope similar to the affected part of the notice, at the same time of day.
"the press organization is obliged to prove the reality of the contested facts of the press release. even before the legal proceedings, the press is only entitled to refuse to publish the rectification requested within the deadline, if the truth of what is stated in the rectification request can be immediately refuted"
In my opinion, untrue facts about VCL and statements aimed at discrediting VCL cannot be considered opinions, so they do not fall within the scope of the right to free expression of opinion, but can be interpreted as facts, against which there is room for a press correction request.
I would like to inform the esteemed addressee that in the unlikely event that he does not fulfill his legal obligations within the specified time limit or does not fulfill them properly, I will initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the law for the publication of the corrective notice.
