On board Victoria Cruises ships, we've set up a system to keep our passengers informed.
Instead of a downloadable app, we have installed a tablet in each cabin that only runs the OBS system.
OBS will also be available on a computer, in the browser.
Registration will also be possible through the browser interface.
Passengers will soon be able to register on the OBS system.
The OBS system is the on-board personal assistant.
Here you can view your personal account, destinations (port list), read news, see the daily programme of activities on board, find out about shore excursions and book a table in themed restaurants.
Personal account:
Here you can see your personal details, your accounts and your contracts and documents. You can edit your details in this menu item.
Destination:
In this menu item you can see the list of ports, by clicking on the selected port you can see the route plan, speed, time, estimated time of arrival at the current port and the time of departure from the current port.
NEWS:
In this section you will find information about news and interesting facts on board. Since we are focusing on paperlessness on board, we have discontinued the traditional cruise newspapers and you can now read our latest news in electronic format only.
Programs:
You can find out about our on-board programmes here. All daily programme options are listed here and you can select the programme options that interest you.
Shore excursions:
You can find the programs available in the current port of call in this menu item. You can find detailed information about all excursions with prices. Once you have chosen the excursion that interests you, you can make your reservation at the reception and pay for the shore excursion.
Restaurant:
Here you can make reservations for the restaurants Trettoria Omero and Marcello&Fabrizio, and also find the current menus of the restaurants available on board.
As soon as the system is available you will receive an e-mail with a message about the registration process.
