8. Is the cruise safe?
Safety is one of our top priorities. We constantly monitor our security systems, and our trained staff is always ready to handle any emergency. We also provide the latest in healthcare services.
9. What if I need to leave the ship for a while?
If you need to take a break or spend a few months at home, that’s no problem. Your contract is flexible, allowing you to return to the ship whenever you’re ready. With our Cruises Capital program, you can even rent out your cabin while you’re away.

10. Payment Schedule
Upon signing your contract, you will be required to pay a deposit that varies between $10,000 and $30,000, depending on the cabin type. Afterward, rent is due monthly.
11. Medical Care
A full-time medical clinic is available onboard (outpatient, multilingual) with a general practitioner on staff. The ship’s doctor is not authorized to perform major medical procedures (such as specialist consultations or surgeries), and the medical office is not equipped for such treatments. Onboard medical consultations, examinations, and treatments must be paid for on-site ($50-150 per person/visit). We recommend carrying health, accident, and baggage insurance. In case of medical treatment, always request an invoice to submit to your insurance provider. Medical insurance is not included in the cruise fee.
12. How can I get my medication during the journey?
If medication is required during the journey, it's advisable to have prescriptions prepared ahead of time and arrange for a relative or friend to deliver them to the port agent.
13. Can I travel with my pet?
Victoria Cruises Line allows pets
onboard, but it’s essential to notify us in advance and review the pet policies

14. How is laundry handled onboard?
You can use our self-service laundry anytime, or opt for our professional laundry service. Bedding is changed weekly, towels are changed three times per week, and daily cleaning is provided by our housekeeping staff, or upon request.
