At Victoria Cruises, we believe that the magic of the sea and oceans is for everyone. That's why we place great emphasis on ensuring that our ship is comfortable and accessible for all passengers. In this blog post, we would like to showcase the services and facilities we offer to passengers with disabilities, including wheelchair access and other special needs.
Wheelchair Access: The Freedom of the Sea
On the Victoria Cruises ship, we pay special attention to ensuring that all areas are easily accessible, even for those using wheelchairs. Below is a detailed overview of how we ensure full accessibility for our passengers:
Medical Care
The Victoria Residential Ship has excellent medical facilities - one or more doctors, nurses available 24 hours a day, defibrillators, equipment to deal with medical emergencies, and the possibility of administering intravenous fluids and antibiotics 24 hours a day
There is no option to fill
prescriptions on board, so please ensure you bring enough medication with you
and keep it in your carry-on for easy access after boarding.
If you run out of medication, our port masters along the route are happy to
accept packages on your behalf so you can replenish your medical supplies.
Oxygen tanks are permitted on board. Please inform us of the type, quantity,
and delivery schedule of your oxygen tanks before boarding. Contact us at
booking@victoria.cruises to learn more about the Victoria Majestic's oxygen
storage requirements.
Unforgettable Destinations: Adventures Without Barriers
The Victoria Residential Ship visits over 115 countries and nearly 214 destinations across all seven continents. You can travel the world and visit multiple destinations—all while only unpacking once.

Whether you're relaxing on the stunning white sandy beaches of the Caribbean, admiring Alaska's majestic mountains and glaciers, exploring the bustling cities of Japan, or meeting koalas in Australia, our fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, accessible ship will take you to your dream destinations.
Most of the port stops along the travel route offer shore excursions accessible to passengers with disabilities, ensuring that all of our passengers can participate in unforgettable experiences.
Communication Obligation:
We are committed to ensuring a peaceful and safe on-board experience, so we kindly ask our guests to inform us of any conditions requiring assistance and/or special requests in a timely manner to arrange adequate services.
Please contact our office at booking@victoria.cruises.
Here are some examples of special needs for which you may need assistance:
Safe exit
Everyone can get off the boat through the passage to the mainland. Only under special conditions Pl: in ports where the ship cannot dock and disembarkation takes place at sea, special permission may be granted. Disembarkation is not allowed if, due to sea conditions, the maximum safety of disabled guests cannot be guaranteed and the captain has discretion to allow disembarkation of disabled guests
Victoria Cruises Line aims to ensure that all passengers, regardless of their physical limitations, can fully enjoy the pleasures of cruising. We pride ourselves on making our ships accessible to all and are committed to ensuring that all our passengers have a memorable and comfortable journey.
