San Diego Cruises Terminal:

San Diego is the third busiest seaport in California after Los Angeles and San Francisco. San Diego Cruises Terminal is located in historic downtown, just a short walk from many popular attractions. San Diego Airport (SAN) is just 2.2 miles from the marina, a 10-minute taxi ride away.

 

 The main San Diego Cruise Terminal is located at B Street Pier at 1140 N. Harbor Drive, San Diego CA92101.

In addition to handling the arrival and departure of ships, the Port Pavilion hosts a number of events. The Pavilion is a modern 52,000 m2. The Pavilion is LEED Gold certified for its eco-friendly features, including solar panels, shore power, water-efficient fixtures and clever use of glass to reduce the need for indoor lighting

Broadway Pier is the perfect place to sit in the sun and watch the boats go by.

 Approach:

From Los Angeles and the North

Take Interstate 5 South (toll) to Exit 17 (Front Street) San Diego. Head south and turn right on Broadway. Turn right onto N. Harbor Drive and follow the signs to the San Diego Terminal,

From the south

Follow I-5 North to Exit 17 (Front Sreet). Stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for Harbor Drive. The marina will be on the right.

By plane

Getting to the San Diego Cruise Terminal by plane is very easy and convenient, as the airport is 3.9 miles from the port. There is a taxi stand manned by a coordinator right next to the baggage claim at any of the airport terminals. A short 10-minute drive and you're at the port, the trip costs about $20.

Baggage transfer service between the airport and the port

Another advantage of arriving by air is the new baggage transfer operated by the airport. This service allows you to not have to wait at the airport for your luggage to be unloaded from the plane, and to get to the Cruise Terminal with your heavy luggage. This service must be organized in advance, let us know if you would like to use it at booking@victoria.cruises

Cruise Check-in

Keep your hand luggage, passport and papers with you. It is a good idea to bring shorts and casual clothes, medicines and other essentials in your hand luggage on board. Since your checked baggage is checked and then delivered to your cabin, which can take several hours, you must keep certain items with you. After passing through security, passports, boarding passes and all necessary visas are checked at the VCL check-in counter and the key to your cabin is issued

San Diego Cruise Terminal facilities

B Street Cruise Terminal

This busy cruise terminal has ample seating for passengers waiting to board. Porters are available to assist with heavy luggage at the terminal entrance. There are restrooms in the terminal building, but no cafeterias. The terminal has free Wi-Fi (for a maximum of 4 hours).

Port Pavilion Cruise Terminal

The terminal lobby has food and beverage stands, escalators and restrooms, and a waiting room with free Wi-Fi in the lobby and Broadway-facing room.

Disabled Service for Wheelchair Users

The elevators and hallways are wheelchair friendly, making the check-in and security process easier. The port does not provide wheelchairs for people with limited mobility.

Los Angeles Cruise Terminal

The Port of Los Angeles has been around for 100 years. The history of the port. It was discovered by the Portuguese explorer Juan Rodriguez Cabrilloin in 1542. The Port of LA was officially established in 1907 with the formation of the Board of Harbor Commissioners. The port was initially the site of a significant commercial enterprise. Fishing and shipbuilding were all industries operating in the port. Because the port brought significant revenue to the city, in addition to creating jobs and attracting people to LA, it received significant attention and funding. The cruise port is located in the city's San Pedro Bay, with clear views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.

Because the LA Waterfont area has plenty of entertainment and dining options. You and your baggage will be screened by Expedites US Customs security and baggage handling.

Similar to traveling to the airport, it's important to allow plenty of time for the LA Cruise Terminal. If you're flying to LA, it's a good idea to arrive the day before in case your flight is delayed.

Los Angeles Cruise Terminals address: Berth 91-93, 100 Swinford St, San Pedro, California 90731

When the Los Angeles World Cruise Center was upgraded in 2003, the main intention was to provide passengers with a comfortable and seamless experience. The World Cruise Center is fully ADA compliant and offers ramps and elevators for passengers with accessibility needs. The port does not provide wheelchair access. There is plenty of seating in the terminal. Unfortunately, the World Cruise Center does not currently offer free public Wi-Fi, but most visitors will find mobile reception sufficient throughout the marina. If you want Wi-Fi, there are several restaurants a short distance from the port.

Getting from the airport to the Los Angeles World Cruise Center

One of the major attractions of the Port of LA is its proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Roughly the 20 mile drive takes 35 minutes with a flat rate of $50 and there are plenty of taxis available.

Vancouver Cruise Port

also known as Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal, is a modern and exciting cruise port that is one of the main gateways to the breathtaking natural wonders of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. This bustling port is located near downtown Vancouver. With the backdrop of the picturesque city's skyscrapers and a view of the Pacific Ocean, it is easily considered by many to be one of the most beautiful seaports in the world. Characterized by its characteristic white sails, it certainly attracts the attention of visitors, and has even become a symbolic landmark of the city.

Vancouver Cruise Terminal and Port Information

If you are connecting to the Victoria Majestic from Vancouver and arriving by air, it is roughly 10 miles from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). While traffic is certainly a concern in one of Canada's most populous cities, you can reach the harbor in 45 minutes by taxi.

If you're flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), the port is about a 4-hour, 162-mile drive. Plan ahead and leave plenty of time for your arrival, we recommend that you arrive and book accommodation the day before departure.

Cruise Terminal equipment

the entire port is designed to enhance the passenger experience and showcase all that the city has to offer visitors.

Baggage storage: luggage can be checked in and stored on the day of departure between 10:00 and 22:30, checked and stored luggage will then be delivered directly to your cabin. If you have not arrived on the day of travel, it is possible to store your luggage at Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing for an additional fee.

The port offers free Wi-Fi access for cruise ship passengers.

The entire terminal meets the highest accessibility standards, wheelchairs and scooters are available in the terminal for all passengers. The port has several stations for service animals.
